37.1 Highlights

  • When exporting the lists of digital profiles, alerts and transactions, now the resulting file includes the dates in a human readable format.
  • New widgets in the dashboard. Now you can see graphically the distribution of customer digital profiles according to their status as a politically exposed person and according to your type of politically exposed person.
  • New widgets in the dashboard. Now you can see graphically the distribution of customer digital profiles according to their risk for the last 4 quarters.
  • Now it is allowed to run transactional monitoring rules per day or per month. These rules are not evaluated before each incoming transaction, but are evaluated only once at the end of the period with all the transactions in the customer digital profile in said period.
  • Tasks were added to the alert, to improve their management.
  • Reworked bulk editing of alerts, fixing several bugs.
  • The batch import process for customer digital profiles and transactions has been improved.

  • Changed the integration point to send emails to end users from trak.e. If you are interested in using this functionality, contact the support team to study the changes.

  • The next version of trak.e will remove the deprecated API for registration and updating of financial products within the file. If you are using this API, contact the technical support team to study the changes.

  • The next version of trak.e will remove access to using the URLs https://trake.pcnt.io and https://api.trake.pcnt.io. Only the URL https://la.trake.io will be supported for the frontend and https://api-la.trake.io for the API. If you need further assistance with the change, please contact the technical support team.

37.3 Other changes

37.3.1 Improvements

  • Added common_enum:add permission to default supervisor roles.
  • It is allowed to define a rechecking period for a checklist configuration. The recheck can be done by list, by configuration or by default, whichever is more specific.
  • It is allowed to define a declared income in the customer digital profile (both for a natural person and for a legal person).
  • When merging alerts, the documents that they had individually are added.
  • Searches are now case-insensitive by default.
  • The transactional monitoring rules now have available in the historical evaluation context a variable with the dates adapted to the time zone corresponding to each tenant.
  • Added global variables that each tenant can use to define rules. The variables currently available are: FATF Black List, FATF Gray List, Minimum Living Wage Argentina.
  • Various success or error messages have been improved when carrying out a modification in the related customer digital profiles, when adding contacts and when registering e-mail templates.
  • JsonPath validation was improved when adding or updating a process automation rule in customer digital profiles.
  • The extended search for transactions has been improved, now it is possible to filter by more fields.

37.3.2 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an error that caused not all open cases to be displayed when requesting a summary of the cases about to expire or a report of open cases by type.
  • Fixed a security bug that allowed changing a user's password without knowing the current password.
  • An error that did not allow filtering the customer digital profiles by date of birth or by date of foundation was corrected.
  • Fixed a bug that did not allow filtering transactions by their is_fraud flag.
  • Fixed an error that limited the number of customer digital profiles, alerts and transactions that could be exported.
  • Several errors were corrected in the edition of metadata with schema.
  • Fixed a bug that caused customer digital profile names to be saved incorrectly when performing a bulk import.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the API to respond 500 Internal Server Error instead of the more specific error codes.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some risks to be misassigned when the risk matrix included a transactional factor.
  • Fixed a redirection error when clicking on the tenant logo, now leads to the Dashboard correctly.
  • Fixed a redirection error when creating an alert for a customer digital profile, now it leads to the screen with the customer digital profile alerts.
  • Fixed the necessary permission to export transactions, now it is enough to have permission to list the transactions to be able to export them.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the tables to be displayed without the default order.
  • Fixed a validation error that prevented loading valid emails and allowed other invalid ones to be loaded.
  • Fixed an error that caused it to fail when filtering by phone number and by type of Politically Exposed Person.
  • Fixed an error that caused the Politically Exposed Person type to not be correctly persisted.
  • Fixed various translation errors.
  • Fixed an error that prevented updating the transactional profile of a customer digital profile.
