18. Integration flow: Notifications¶

The Trak.e notification scheme allows you to subscribe to different events through callbacks. This integration is a fundamental part of the optimization of processes and operational efficiency to which the platform aims.

Common Integrations:

• If a profile is deactivated in Trak.e due to an alert, a callback could be configured so that it is disabled in the entity's core system.
• When an alert for expired documentation is generated, the client notifies the end user in his application to upload said documentation.
• When an alert is generated due to excessive transactional profile or other suspicious operation, the client notifies the user in his application to upload the supporting documentation or contact an account officer.
