1. Trak.e Platform¶
Trak.e is a Regtech platform that combines the state of the art in terms of technology and functionality.
The main functionalities of Trak.e include:
- Digital Profile: It allows generating a complete vision of a customer through the implementation of a digital profile that contains, in a single place, regulatory and business information, associated documentation and registered alerts.
- Watchlist control: Allows automatic and periodic checks against public and private lists, National and international. This allows you to automate Customer Screening processes efficiently. In addition to the public lists that Trak.e offers, it allows you to manage your own lists and integrate with different data providers. The service is agnostic to the types of listings used, natively supporting lists of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), international terrorism lists, sanctioned lists, reporting entities and adverse media. It also allows you to define new types of listings.
- Case management: Based entirely on the generation of cases, it allows analysts to focus on possible compliance and money laundering problems, with the purpose of corroborating compliance with current regulations.
- Continuous due diligence: Automates ongoing verifications of each customer. Among the verifications available, are the control of lists, and expiration of documentation. These controls generate alerts in the customer digital profile.
- Customer Risk Matrix: Allows the configuration of the risk matrix established by the organization for subsequent automatic and periodic computation in order to comply with current regulations.
- Transactional Profile: Allows you to define the transactional profile of a customer based on different attributes of the digital profile and transaction history, in order to detect unusual operations.
- Monitoring of transactions: Allows the configuration of rules predefined by regulatory entities and rules of the financial entity for the continuous monitoring of transactions. In this way, unusual ones are automatically detected.
1.1 High Level Architecture¶
Trak.e is a multi-tenant SaaS platform based on microservices. Run over any Kubernetes cluster, it is highly scalable, resilient and tolerant of failures. It is prepared to support from a minimum number of digital profiles to millions per tenant.
